Loudoun Rail Update

The Silver Line extension all the way to Loudoun County will create unparalleled job growth and economic opportunity in Loudoun County, while helping to relieve traffic congestion throughout the region.

Sign this petition to show your support for bringing the Silver Line into Loudoun County with stations at Dulles Airport, Route 606 and a ending station at Route 772.

The Silver Line is an investment in our future. It will spur economic development and growth, thus lowering our residential property tax rate and providing viable transportation options for Loudouners.

Rt. 50 Widening Project Update

April 23 - April 27

Westbound Rt 50 from Lee Rd. continuing west to Poland Rd/Tanner Ln. Right lane will be closed daily for construction activities on the north side of Route 50 (excavation for new roadway, stone placement, paving, and signal work). Lane closures will start at 9:30 AM and will be removed by 3:00 PM *NOTE: Right lane closures will never conflict with Left lane closures noted in #2.*

Westbound Rt 50 from Rt 28 continuing west to Poland Rd/Tanner Ln. Left lane will be closed daily for construction activities (setting barrier, excavation, and stone placement) along the median of Rt 50. Lane closures will start at 9:30 AM and will be removed by 3:00 PM. *NOTE: Left lane closures will never conflict with Right lane closures noted in #1.*

Left lane will be closed daily for construction activities (setting barrier, excavation, and stone placement) along the median of Rt 50. Lane closures will start at 9:30 AM and will be removed by 3:00 PM. *NOTE: Due to recent concerns, rush hour traffic will be evaluated each morning prior to setting lane closure.
